Copyright

Easy Openings will own the copyright of our creations. Any content you have contributed will of course remains yours.

Payment

We will ask for a first installment of 50% of the total costs to be paid when we start building your website. This is usually paid after both the design and the total price have been agreed. The second and final installment needs to be made after you have 'signed off' the finished product.

Payment should be made within 14 days from the invoice date.

Hosting

If you host your website through us we will assume that you want to continue using our services until you tell us otherwise. To cancel the hosting service you must give us at least one month's notice before its expiry date.

Domain Registration

If you register a domain through us we will assume that you want to continue using our service until you tell us otherwise. To cancel a domain you must give us at least one month's notice before its expiry date.

It is a condition of business that our clients observe our Acceptable Use Policy.
